FIRE MATE SEALANT

Fire Mate Sealant is an intumescent acrylic sealant that swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 150°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and has a fire rating of up to 5 hours in certain joint configurations. Fire rated to BS 476 Part 20

Provides up to 5 hours fire resistance, tested to BS 476, part 20/22. Independently tested to BS EN ISO 140/3.

115 GP BUILDING MASTIC

115 GP Building Mastic is a traditional oil based pointing mastic that provides an effective weatherproof seal. Typically used to seal composite sectional panels and low movement vertical building joints.

FOREVER SAFE

Forever Safe is formulated using a premium quality FDA approved silicone sealant with an FDA approved fungicide, so is also safe for use in food preparation areas. Forever Safe conforms to BS5889 (B) and ISO 11600. The Microban treated sealant actively helps prevent (or actively inhibits) growth of Bacteria and Black Mould that can be present in recesses, corners and gaps in many commercial, domestic, medical and pharmaceutical clean areas.

TIMBER & LAMINATE SEALANT

ColourMatch Timber & Laminate Sealant is a polymer rich, permanently flexible sealant and gap filler designed for sealing around laminate flooring, fitted furniture and kitchen worktops. Formulated using high clarity lightfast colour pigments, the 6 colour range offers a near or exact match to many popular laminate floors and melamine board finishes. Timber & Laminate Sealant is silicone and solvent free, however, unlike conventional matt finish water-based sealants, it leaves a satin finish which will not pick up dirt and can be easily cleaned with normal household cleaners. If desired the product can be painted, varnished or woodstained. The crystal clear colour is particularly suitable for overcoating with woodstain, as the finish achieved will reflect the actual finish that is obtained on the surrounding timber.

WORKTOP JOINT SEALANT

ColourMatch Worktop Joint Sealant & Adhesive is a solvent free system for bonding and sealing kitchen worktop joints. HYBRIFLEX 480

Hybriflex 480 is a one part general purpose building sealant based on hybrid polymer technology. Product may be over painted after application. Ideal for use on: Perimeter pointing of uPVC and all window/door frames, fFor expansion joints in brick, stone and concrete, weather sealing applications, for parapet and roofline sealing, weatherproofing sealing to most external applications, construction and dilation joints where stress does not occur until fully cured, and trafficked floor joints.

SILICONE 825

SILICONE 825 is a low modulus, neutral curing Silicone sealant based on an filled alkoxy curing system. Specially formulated to provide extra tool down time on longer joints. Conforms to BS 5889 (A) and ISO 1160 F + G25 LM.
Typically used for expansion joints to stone, brick, concrete and composite panels, perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames, weatherproofing sealing to most external applications, construction and dilation joints where stress does not occur until fully cured.

SILICONE 950

Silicone 950 is a quick curing, low modulus oxime sealant which is suitable for use on most building, construction and glazing joints. Silicone 950 adheres to most smooth porous and non-porous materials including PVCu, aluminium, painted surfaces, stone, brick, concrete, steel, brass, lead, polycarbonate etc.

PURAFLEX K11

PURAFLEX K11 is a premium quality, one component, low modulus sealant designed to replace conventional one part polysulphide sealants in most applications. Permanently flexible to accommodate joint movement and adheres to most surfaces. K11 can be overpainted. Conforms to SNJF and ISO 11600 standards.

PURAFLEX 60

PURAFLEX 60 is a premium quality high modulus adhesive (SA:55) and sealant that provides exceptional resistance to mechanical wear. Typically used for windshield or for high strength bonding. Has excellent chemical resistance. Conforms to SNJF, ISO 11600 standards.

PURAFLEX PRIMER AP4

SEALANT PRIMER AP4 is an all purpose primer containing isocyanates. It may be used on different substrates (concrete, alumiunium, wood, glass, plastic) to improve the adhesion of PU/hybrid sealants. Seals the porosity of materials such as wood or concrete, thus reducing or preventing problems of bubbling under severe conditions. May also be used as a barrier between sealant and paint to prevent the migration of plasticizers
